What Are Your Business Hours?
Please keep in mind I work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. I always try to remain available during the weekends and evenings through email, however this may not always be possible.

Is There A Cost For Shipping?
No shipping is FREE and all graphic work will be sent via email.

Please keep in mind that all my work is custom work and made just for you and you are paying for my time which cannot be refunded. Therefore there are no refunds.
